Syllabus and Gradings

We hold regular gradings every 3 months which tie in with the International PMA syllabus progression (ie. all PMA schools grade at the same time all over the world).

Any member wishing to know their current syllabus requirements can email the club and a pdf will be sent back to you (twindragonmartialarts@yahoo.co.uk)

At Twin Dragon Martial Arts we work with you to ensure that you have the skills required to pass each grade. However, it is up to you to put the time and effort in as well and if you aren't up to scratch we offer remedial classes or Private lessons to get you up to speed. However, sometimes members for one reason or another are not up to the task and we believe in honesty and not allowing members to take a grading that they might fail. Occasionally someone has a bad day and does fail but we make sure that this is remedied as soon as possible.

This is not supposed to put anyone off grading or thinking we are overly harsh! We are just a quality school where people are worthy of the grades they have and you don't just 'buy' each grade. Hardly anybody fails a grading because we work as a team to get you to succeed in your goals!
