Leeds University has it's own Tae Kwon-Do club run by Twin Dragon Martial Arts.
It is a combination of traditional ITF style Tae Kwon-Do, sport Tae Kwon-Do and Krav Maga self protection - all following the Premier Martial Arts format.
This trains on University Campus 3 times aweek on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. See www.luutkd.co.uk for more information
2. Basic Package
Many people only have time for one type of Martial Art a week or have specific areas they want to develop. Each module at Twin Dragon Martial Arts has 2 classes per week which people can choose to train in as a Basic Package.
For example there are 2 specific kickboxing classes a week on Mondays and Wednesdays as well as Sunday Competition Sparring classes. Classes focus on pad work and sparring drills building fitness, speed and strength.
Members can choose to train in Tae Kwon-Do, Kickboxing, MMA or Self Protection.
3. Premier Package
Essentially this is the addition of a 2nd Module to the membership. The typical combination is Kickboxing and Self Protection. This includes the sunday sparring classes and gives a well rounded syllabus to make a highly competent Martial Artist.
4. Premier Plus
This has all the benefits if the Premier Package but with the addition of the Mixed Martial Arts classes to enable members to train in the fastest growing Martial Art sport in the world
